“I live for the web, it’s strange to believe that I still remember the first time I used the internet – it was on a nokia 2700 classic phone, to my first web development lesson. Since then it has opened Pandora’s box, I seem to not know how to stop researching about what’s new in the world of web development. I still use khancademy, codecademy and Jon Duckett’s masterful beginner web development books plus I’m at varsity. I don’t know how to describe this feeling – it just makes me feel challenged and craving more knowledge”
“I see the web more than just a source for information, I have envisioned the web being a big driver in our lives – I see web technologies integrated in everyday electrical appliance, VR contact integration, the web is more than a web page, it’s going to be the largest human information resource”
“I’m constantly experimenting with the latest technics e.g. website trends are moving to a more of an android navigation feel (side bar navigation) great parallax effects and simple material colours, big font sizes. The next big thing about website designs. I believe in clean code so every project I design it’s with W3C standards/recommendations in mind.”

I’m a self-taught developer, I’ve learned a lot about how HTML, CSS, bootstrap and JQuery works. (“I’m also at varsity to get the theory and fundamental foundation I don’t know”). I believe in putting yourself out there, so I spend most of my time learning as much as I can and putting what I’ve learned to practice. “the is never a great time to start than the present”
Wow" this was my first language I taught myself, what a great entry to web development.
Learning and understanding how html plays a crucial role in any web development.
I really enjoyed learning how this simple mark-up language works
you can’t say website without putting some styling with CSS.
It’s also another language I enjoyed teaching myself – applying margins, padding, background-colours and images.
The is so much to learn in this department like webkit, animations, scales and Pre-processing languages like SASS and LESS.
“I look forward to it.”
“adobe, I think has been an industry standard for quite some time.
I’m still new to creative suite but I’m always kin of learning and exploring new things,
I really enjoyed using illustrator to create icons and logos,
fireworks to scale website assets and a little Photoshop to play with typography and create, edit images.
“this was one of my modules at school and what an awesome web tech,
SQL felt like it was a part of me – I really liked the overall experience about how to create and design a database by drawing an E-R diagram,
first normal form up to 3NF. Oracle has been a create gift to learn.”
“I must say it was interesting how to use JavaScript but I enjoyed learning functions,
variables, loops and decision making statements,
even though I’m still a rookie in this department, I try to learn as much as possible about the latest release of ECMAScript’s.
I know that I have a long road to learn more about JavaScript like JavaScript frameworks – Angular, React, backbone, and Vue just to name a few”
“oh man! What a great first entry to learning CSS frameworks.
Bootstrap has been a dream to work with.
I’m looking forward to learning the latest alpha 6 version and other frameworks like foundation 6.”
